Then we've got ourselves a problem!

Our bangles are designed to make you feel happy, empowered and freakin' awesome - so if there is a problem, we gotta fix it!

So, there are a few options.

Exchange

If you've ordered the wrong size and need to exchange it - never fear! We're happy to exchange it. You just need to get the bangle back to us within 60 days of placing your order and cover the cost of shipping your new bangle to you. Easy!

Here's what to do.

1. Send Lauren an email at hello@bebangles.co to let her know you need it exchanged and the size you need it replaced with.

2. Mail your bangle and completed exchange form back to

We can only accept exchanges that are sent by trackable post and are not damaged (incl the packaging), so please be sure to send us the tracking code as soon as you've sent it! 

In person pick up is not something we offer at the moment. 

3. Once Lauren receives the bangle and your exchange form, she'll send you a link where you can pay for your brand new correctly sized bangle to be shipped to you.

If we've sent you the wrong bangle, then you won't need to cover any of the costs of shipping. We'll cover the cost of getting you the bangle you asked for and the wrong bangle back to us.


Returns & Refunds

If you receive your bangle and you're not 100% happy with it, then you deserve a refund! 

1. Send Lauren an email at hello@bebangles.co within 60 days of placing your order to let her know you need you'd like to return the bangle and get a full refund.

2. Mail your bangle and completed exchange form back to

We can only accept returns that are sent by trackable post and are not damaged (incl the packaging), so please be sure to send us the tracking code as soon as you've sent it!

In person pick up is not something we offer at the moment, sozz. 


3. Once Lauren receives the bangle, she'll refund your money (minus the postage).

 

You haven't received your order? 

Occasionally, Australia Post loses a shipment. Shocking, right?! But hey, they are humans too, and sometimes they make mistakes. Almost all parcels that we send are tracked (unless you chose the untracked option!), so we can attempt and find them if they are somehow lost on their way to you.

Orders are picked and packed on Mondays, Wednesdays & Friday mornings, Melbourne time (excluding Victorian public holidays). If you order on Friday late morning or afternoon, your order will be shipped on Monday.

If you've waited the max average delivery time and still haven't received your shipment, get in touch with Lauren (hello@bebangles.co) within 60 days and we'll do our best to either find your shipment, or re-send it to you. Australia Post have a habit of finding lost parcels once we enquire about it, so be sure to reach out within the 60 day time period and we've got a better chance of finding your parcel!
