Then we've got ourselves a problem!
Our bangles are designed to make you feel happy, empowered and freakin' awesome - so if there is a problem, we gotta fix it!
So, there are a few options.
**Due to the COVID-19 situation, the team at Be. will be self-isolating for the next few weeks. We will not be offering exchanges at this time.**
You are welcome to send back your bangle(s) for a refund and order the correct sized bangle(s) via our website. Once your return is received, we will process the refund. See below for all refund details.
For those that are in the process of getting an exchange prior to this decision, we will still honour the exchange but note that there may be a delay in processing over the next month or so.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive your bangle and you're not 100% happy with it, then you deserve a refund!
1. Send Sarah an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of placing your order to let her know you need you'd like to return the bangle and get a full refund.
2. Mail your bangle and completed exchange form back to

We can only accept returns that are sent by trackable post and are not damaged (incl the packaging), so please be sure to send us the tracking code as soon as you've sent it!
In person pick up is not something we offer at the moment, sozz.
3. Once Sarah receives the bangle, she'll refund your money.
You haven't received your order?
Occasionally, Australia Post loses a shipment. Shocking, right?! But hey, they are humans too, and sometimes they make mistakes. Almost all parcels that we send are tracked (unless you chose the untracked option!), so we can attempt and find them if they are somehow lost on their way to you.
Orders are picked and packed on Mondays, Wednesdays & Friday mornings, Melbourne time (excluding Victorian public holidays). If you order on Friday late morning or afternoon, your order will be shipped on Monday.
If you've waited the max average delivery time and still haven't received your shipment, get in touch with Sarah (email@example.com) within 60 days and we'll do our best to either find your shipment, or re-send it to you. Australia Post have a habit of finding lost parcels once we enquire about it, so be sure to reach out within the 60 day time period and we've got a better chance of finding your parcel!
