Our Story
BE. Bangles started on a simple premise - your inner truth is your power.
Founder Chantelle was searching for jewellery she could wear every day. Something subtle but powerful. An engraved bangle that carried more than beauty. A reminder that believing in herself was not optional.
When she could not find it, she created it.
She crowdfunded the first BE. bangle:
She Believed She Could So She Did.
And BE. was born.
Not just as a jewellery brand, but as a daily reminder wrapped around your wrist.
After working within the brand for several years, Nikki purchased BE. Bangles and continued growing what Chantelle began. The collections evolved. The community deepened. The message became clearer.
Today, BE. is an Australian jewellery brand known for engraved bangles with hidden messages. Some soft. Some bold. All designed to carry meaning.

In 2022, after Chantelle’s tragic passing, BE. created a collection in her honour supporting causes she cared deeply about.
Since then, over $20,000 has been donated to charitable organisations in tribute to her life and vision.
But the legacy is not only in donations.
It lives in every piece.
In every woman who chooses herself.
In every woman who keeps going when it would be easier to shrink.
BE. stands for radical self-belief. Not the glossy, girlboss kind. The real, messy, sometimes “for fuck’s sake” kind.

The Story so far...
2015
Where it all began
One woman. One big idea. A community that said yes.
In 2015, Chantelle had an idea — jewellery that builds women up instead of tearing them down. She took it to crowdfunding. And people believed in her. The first bangles said what women were already thinking;
She Believed She Could So She Did and F*cking Fierce landed —
and they hit.
2019
Doing it better
Recycled, responsible, and still ridiculously cute.
We levelled up our packaging — because how you wrap something matters as much as what's inside. Recycled materials, a smaller footprint, the same BE. energy.
No compromises.
2020
Big year. Bigger Heart.
We went wholesale, then turned a bushfire into something.
2020 was a lot.
We stepped into wholesale — our first gift fair made us feel officially legit.
Then Boxing Day hit, the bushfires came, and we turned bangle sales into bushfire relief. $60,000 raised for Cobargo Wildlife Sanctuary, Shoalhaven Bat Clinic, and the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund. One very proud — and very emotional — team.
2021
A new Chapter
BE. changed hands. Still women-owned. Still mission-led.
Chantelle passed the keys to Nikki. The brand she built from a big idea and a crowdfunding link found a new home — with someone who understood exactly what it stood for. The mission didn't change. Neither did the bangles.
2022
For Chantelle, Always.
We lost our founder. We carried her forward.
Chantelle passed away in 2022. She built something that outlasted her darkest days — and gave thousands of women the words to get through theirs. In her honour, we launched the This Too Shall Pass bangle — 100% of profits to Lifeline. That same year, rings, cuffs and kids' sizes joined the BE. family. Big energy, now in every size.
2023

In-house custom engraving finally became a reality.
