Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of the competition is Be. Bangles Pty Ltd – 82 609 594 443, located at PO Box 9, Bulleen  VIC  3105

The competition is open to Australian residents of any age, except employees of Be. Bangles and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDIDTIONS OF ENTRY

The competition commences at 09:00am AESDT on Saturday 30 September 2017 and concludes at 11:59pm AESDT on Saturday 7 October 2017.

To enter the competition, eligible participants must:

• Upload a photo of their Be. Bangle with the hashtags #bebangle.
• Photos uploaded with the correct hashtags and within the promotion dates will be eligible.
• Photos uploaded to a private profile or without the correct hashtags will not be eligible for the prize.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, you are giving Be. Bangles permission to share the winner’s first name and to repost the winning photo across the company Instagram account.

Participants can enter as many times as possible. Photos submitted for the competition must be original works.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Be. Bangles reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event outside of Be. Bangle’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Be. Bangles.

Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon creative merit, as judged by the Promoter. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant.

The winner will receive 1 x You’ve Got This bangle and 1 x She Believed She Could So She Did bangle. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prise is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be notified via Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Be. Bangles will notify the winner of details about receiving the prize. Be. Bangle’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
