We are so more aware now of the impact of our mental health on our lives, our relationships and on our physical health.

Many years ago, I was struggling with my physical health, I was sick all the time, I had lost 15 kilos and I was a mess.

After a million tests it was decided that it wasn't a physical problem. It was a mental one.

It was so hard for me to accept that my mental state was having such a huge impact on my physical wellbeing. Now I hear from our community everyday about the mental challenges we all face. Whether it be anxiety like me or depression, bipolar or BPD, it seems we are all facing some sort of struggle with mental health.

50% of Australians will have a Mental Health issue in their lifetime. Suicide is the main cause of death for Australians aged 15 to 49 years. We lost our Founder Chantelle to mental health issues and there are so many people who suddenly find themselves in a war with their mind due to menopause, financial pressure and trauma.
